Wow! Did November just fly by or what? I guess that’s what happens when you have two weeks off from work. Yes, November was a huge month for me. With my Gold Coast holiday being the biggest highlight. And unsurprisingly, all of my favourites for this month were things that I picked up while I was on my holiday. So, let’s get started with my favourites for November!
HOURGLASS CAUTION EXTREME LASH MASCARA – $42.00 – mecca.com.au
Seeing as I have just reviewed The Caution Mascara, I won’t spend too much time here. All I will say is this is still my current favourite mascara and I have been unable to review any of the other new mascaras I have because I keep wearing this one. It’s that good.
SOL DE JANEIRO BRAZILIAN BUM BUM CREAM – $66.00 – mecca.com.au
Everything I saw and read about the Bum Bum cream was 100% true. This is easily the best smelling body cream I have ever used! The fact that it is also a super hydrating cream is frankly a bonus. But it is. I have been using it on my arms and hips over the last few weeks and I have already noticed a difference in how soft and smooth they now feel.
MECCA COSMETICA TO SAVE FACE SPF 50+ SUPERSCREEN – $40.00 – mecca.com.au
I won’t lie. I picked this up on a whim while I was in the queue at Mecca and now I’m so glad I did. This sunscreen is lightweight, non greasy and unlike many face sunscreens I’ve tried, it hasn’t broken me out. Coming into summer, I cannot stress the importance of a good SPF enough. And this one comes with a big tick from me!
THE BODY SHOP DROPS OF LIGHT PURE RESURFACING LIQUID PEEL – $37.00 – thebodyshop.com.au
Holy moly guys! This stuff is a game changer for me! I have been using this twice a week for the entirety of this month and the difference in my skin is huge. What this peel does is collect all of the dead skin and impurities off of my face, making them easy to rinse away and leave clearer skin.
LUSH MASK OF MAGNAMINTY – $16.95 – lush.com.au
The Mask of Magnaminty is one of those products that everyone raves about. Now having tried it, I can easily see why. Along with being very cooling and soothing on the skin (I keep mine in the fridge), it’s chock full of natural exfoliants that help buff my skin of all of the dirt and debris that’s clogging my pores. The mint also calms down any breakouts that might rear their ugly heads as well. This in combination with the aforementioned Resurfacing Peel have been my dream team this month and I highly recommend both.
And those are my November favourites! And now I’m almost ready to deep dive into December. Because, as you already know, it’s the most wonderful time of the year!
Cheers and love
