Happy Halloween, y’all! Its my favourite time of the year. The tricks are tricking, the treats are treating, and the empties are emptying. That’s right, we have another bundle of empties to chat about. Gotta say, I’m pretty proud of some of these empties. Many are a long time coming and I’m psyched to be able to talk about them. Let’s get into it!
RIMMEL LONDON KIND & FREE MASCARA – $22.95
From what I remember, this was pretty meh. I’ve tried much better mascaras from Rimmel. I wouldn’t get this again.
KAYALI MAUI IN A BOTTLE 37 EDP – $57.00 for 10ml
The fact that this was the first of the Vacay In A Bottle series that I used up will never not astound me. On paper, I should hate this. But it’s so creamy and dreamy. Now that the 50ml’s are out, I’ll certainly pick up another.
MECCA MAX MAX VOL. TUBING MASCARA – $28.00
The best mascara I’ve tried this year, bar none. I scraped this tube empty. I’ll be ordering a new one as soon as my backup mascaras are done.
DR. JART + CERAMIDIN SKIN BARRIER MOISTURISING MASK – $17.00ea. or $69.00 for a pack of 5
This was my level 3 Mecca gift a few months back. I’ll probably save my feeling for when I’ve used them all up.
GLOW RECIPE WATERMELON GLOW TINTED HUE DROPS – $62.00
Here is my secret confession. I do not see the point of bronzing drops like these. I tried to love them, but they just didn’t do much for me at all. I wouldn’t repurchase.
BORING WITHOUT YOU MAKE ME WET HYDRATING MILK SERUM – $44.99
This serum saved my skin this past winter. So deeply nourishing. I would get again, but not right at this minute.
GLOW RECIPE STRAWBERRY BHA PORE SMOOTH BLUR DROPS – $55.00
Another one from Glow Recipe that I wouldn’t get again. If I were to get anything from the Strawberry line, it would be that Salicylic Acid Serum. That stuff rocks.
GEM SKIN LOVING DEODORANT SANTAL – $10.50
Not my favourite fragrance from the range. But I already have my fourth can up and running.
BUBBLE MAGIC MELT MICELLAR MILK – $25.00
This is enjoyed quite a bit. I used it mostly for when I wanted to remove my makeup before my shower. I also loved it for removing swatches. If I had one nitpick, I do think the internal tube needs to be a millimeter or two longer. As I found that this didn’t to pump out as I got to the end.
THE ORDINARY NATURAL MOISTURISING FACTORS + INULIN BODY LOTION – $23.99 – sent in PR
Another one that I scraped empty. I adored this during winter because it soaks into the skin in seconds. I would definitely grab again.
EVERYDAY BY FRANK BODY CLEARING BODY SCRUB – $15.99 – sent in PR
Fantastic affordable option. I would slather this on my upper arms before my shower, leave for a minute or two, and then rinse off. Made a world of a difference.
BIODERMA SENSIBIO MICELLAR WATER – $32.99

GUNK OFF MELTING BALM CLEANSER – $55.00 – sent in PR
And finally, another long time fave. I’ve been through countless tubes. And I’m sure I’ll go through many more. I have the pot version currently in use.
