Happy Friday, y’all! It has been a fantastic week here. And I can think of no better way to end it than with a wander through my trash pile. That’s right, it’s empties time once again. And I have a fun array of empties to chat about. So, let’s get into it!
CERAVE BLEMIS BARRIER PATCHES – $16.99
Gotta say, I wasn’t the biggest fan of these. They are similar to the Garnier ones where the edges are super thin. But they don’t adhere as well as I would like and they are small for what they are. I probably wouldn’t get these again.
DR JART CERAMIDIN SKIN BARRIER MOISTURISING MASK – $69.00 for pack of 5
Says she’s going to use these up in winter. Uses one the last day of winter. I still have one left…
ULTRA VIOLETTE EXTREME SCREEN HAND AND BODY SKINSCREEN – $35.00 for 150ml
*TGA Declaration – free gift with purchase* Not sure how much I can say about this one. So I’ll leave it as if I buy it again, then you’ll know.
RHODE GLAZING MIST – $52.00
The first thing I used up in August and I miss it dearly! Such a fabulous, hydrating mist that I cannot wait to buy again.
SAINT JACK THE MAKEUP CLEANING MIST – $33.00*
This really should have been in my empties long before now. But this is my secret weapon for when I’m using my makeup while I’m sick. I also love it for spot cleaning brushes. If you’re an MUA, this is a must own.
HAIRIFICATION PURE GROW LEAVE IN GROWTH INTENSIFYING SPRAY – $20.00*
This was fine. Honestly, I’m not sure it did much for me, growth wise. But it felt nice and it didn’t weigh my hair down. So, A win.
SOL DE JANEIRO CHEIROSA 68 PERFUME MIST – $43.00
My most toxic trait is that this is still my second favourite Cheirosa scent. Die mad.
GEM SKIN LOVING DEODORANT – $10.50
The scent of this alone makes this one worth the repurchase. This stuff lingers!
SOAP & GLORY CLEAN ON ME BODY WASH – $20.00*
I can’t say I’ve ever smelled a body wash quite like this one. It literally smells fizzy. And it feels incredible on the skin. A definite repurchase!
LANEIGE BALANCE MODE SHINE CONTROL WEIGHTLESS MOISTURISER – $42.00 for 80ml
Staying with things I plan on repurchasing, this was such a lovely discovery. It’s a much thinner consistency that I’ve ever seen for a moisturiser (it’s more serum like than anything). But it was so calming and hydrating on the skin. I already have a bottle in my cart because I can see this really coming in clutch during summer.
LANEIGE BALANCE MODE RICE FOAMING DEEP CLEANSER – $37.00 for 250ml
And I have this too. Perhaps a little too heavy duty for my skin at this point. But when the summer oils start coming through, I can see this being a game changer!
BARRY M BEAUTY IT’S A WRAP TUBING MASCARA – $14.95*
First mascara review for 2026 and it’s still a favourite! I love the wand, the wear, and the effect it gave to my lashes. I would get again.
MECCA MAX CHILL OUT BRIGHTENING EYE CREAM – $22.00*
I still have one use left out of this. But I’m going to pop it in this empties anyway. Such a fabulous, nourishing eye cream. The metal tip was also so soothing for under the eyes.
