Wow!
I am so happy to be finally launching Emmie’s Beauty Life! This is something that has been in the works for such a long time and I’m bursting at the seams with excitement for you all to see this.
Seeing as this is blog post no. 1, I figured the best topic to start with would be me. So hi, my name is Emily. I’m 29 years old and I live in Mount Isa, Queensland. I have always had a thing for beauty, ever since I was a little kid. But the passion for makeup and the wanting to learn everything about it truly happened around five years ago when I discovered the beauty side of Youtube. Things took off in a big way there and I haven’t looked back since.
When I’m not playing around with glittery things, I either working hard at my job at my families garden nursery, baking up a storm, patting doggos and cattos or spending time with The BF (my partner of eight years).
But lets get into the meat of this. The main reason that I wanted to start Emmie’s Beauty Life is because I have always wanted to have a creative space of my own to express my thoughts and opinions about beauty. Mount Isa doesn’t have a huge beauty community as such, so I spend a lot of time online talking to beauty lovers across the country and the world. And all I have ever wanted to do was to add my voice to the Australian beauty community. Emmie’s Beauty Life is my place to talk about the things that I love.
So I think that’s about all for the time being. Once again, I am so excited to see how you guys like this little venture of mine. For the time being, I’ll be posting at least twice a week. Let me know what you want to see down below.
