And just like that, it’s time for another Sephora sale! This sale actually kicked off yesterday on the 14th and it’ll go until the 16th of October.
Now, it’s been well over six months since I last did a Sephora sale recommendations post. And Sephora has truly upped the ante when it comes to the brands they now have. So, these are my top picks for the sale. And as a special treat, I’ll also share what I grabbed from the sale. Let’s get into it!
GUCCI BEAUTY NATURAL FINISH FLUID FOUNDATION – $100.00
If you had told me six months ago that Gucci was going to be sold at Sephora, I would not have believed you. But here you go! It’s here and it’s on sale which is so unbelievably awesome! While I could easily recommend everything that I’ve tried, the foundation is my current stand out. Now, I didn’t give it the most glowing review back at the start of the year. But it became a staple during winter. The finish is so natural and it wears really well.
MAKEUP BY MARIO MASTER MATTES EYESHADOW PALETTE – $74.00
I picked this up before Makeup By Mario launched at Sephora. So I’ve had a little while to play around with it. And a bunch of you wanted to know if it’s worth it. The answer is absolutely yes. Especially if you are a fan of mattes and neutral tones. The shadows are so easy to blend out and they wear so well. This is unfortunately sold out online. But I’m hoping it’s available in store.
DIOR BACKSTAGE FACE & BODY POWDER-NO-POWDER – $70.00
I think this was in my last Sephora haul back in April! In any case, I love it! It’s not the most pigmented powder. But I adore this for under my eyes and around my nose and lip area. I’m still tempted to pick up one of the deeper shades to use as a bronzer.
RARE BEAUTY STAY VULNERABLE MELTING BLUSH – $36.00
I picked up quite a few Rare Beauty products back when they launched in August. And while I’ve loved everything that I’ve tried, the Melting Blushes are the real stand outs. I use these all the time on both my cheeks and my lips. And holy moly, they are easy to apply. This is my strongest recommendation by far. Get them while you can.
LANEIGE LIP GLOWY BALM – $23.00
I literally just got this last week. And oh yeah, these Laneige lip balms are worth the hype. This is obviously the gummy bear flavour. But there is a ton of different varieties in stock. Also, it looks like Laneige has released a bunch of holiday goodies that would be well worth checking out.
HUDA BEAUTY POWER BULLET CREAM GLOW LIPSTICK – $38.00
My current favourite lipstick formula. My god, these are so silky smooth and comfortable on the lips. And while they aren’t as long wearing as the matte formula, you can easily reapply. This is the shade Money Maker and it’s a stunning Nineties nude brown.
And those are my picks from the sale! To end things off, I’ll show you what I ordered yesterday morning!
The Glowish goodies had just launched two days before the sale. So they were no brainers. The Rare Beauty Mascara is, at the time of writing, my most requested mascara review. So I had to pick that up. I had heard amazing things about that KVD Beauty contour. Plus, I’m still all about the cream/liquid bronzers. Finally, I didn’t realise that the Milk Makeup foundation stick came in 31 shades. And I’ve had a few requests to test out stick foundations. So, this one jumped into my cart right at the last minute.
Did you pick up anything from the sale? Let me know in the comments below!
Cheers and love
