Emmie’s Picks – Priceline’s 40th Birthday Sale

Holy moly, y’all! Priceline is turning 40 this month! And as a special treat for us, they are doing one heck of a sale. That’s right, from today until Thursday, they are having a bunch of different sales. The biggie of course being their 50% cosmetics.

Now, I have done a few of these throughout the years. And those picks are all still relevant. But I have a few new goodies from the drugstore that have impressed me recently. So, I wanted to give them the shout out today. Let’s do this!

NYX COSMETICS CAN’T STOP WON’T STOP FOUNDATION – $29.95
This was the foundation that I was playing with before the mask mandates started in Queensland. And a full review will be coming sometime in the future. All I’ll say for now is if you have oily skin and you’re not using this foundation, you need to change that immediately.

RIMMEL LONDON THE MULTI TASKER CONCEALER – $18.95
Quick question. Why have I seen no one hyping this concealer up? Because dang, this one is really good! Very full coverage without feeling super heavy on the face and it has a great wear time on me.

REVLON COLORSTAY DAY TO NIGHT EYESHADOW QUAD – $24.95*
I’ve gone back and forth with Revlon eyeshadows. But these new quads are actually fantastic! The shimmers are so creamy and easy to apply. They feel almost wet in the pan. And the mattes are a dramatic step up from their previous quality. Exquisite has been my favourite quad of the three that I have. I’m such a sucker for berry tones. I hope they expand this range.

COVERGIRL LASH BLAST CLEAN MASCARA – $20.95
If you saw my review at the start of January, you’ll already know that this was going to make it onto a recommendation list. Gives a gorgeous, wispy effect to the lashes and it doesn’t budge.

MAYBELLINE COLOR SENSATIONAL ULTIMATTE SLIM LIPSTICK – $20.95
Wow! Maybelline has been knocking it out of the park with their lip launches as of late. These new Ultimatte Slim Lipsticks are so ridiculously smooth and comfortable on the lips. And they have a great range of shades available. I have More Buff and More Taupe and I especially love mixing these two shades together.
