Another month has come and and once again, the lovely folks over at Go Explore Makeup were kind enough to send me another one of their boxes for me to play with. If you’re not familiar with Go Explore Makeup and what they are about, I’ll link my first post about them here. This month is all about Cargo Cosmetics.
Now as a brand, I can honestly say that I haven’t used anything from Cargo before, due to it not being the easiest brand to get a hold of here in Australia. And I don’t hear people talking about the brand much these days either. Which is such a shame because the things I did hear were pretty dang positive so I’m very excited to give everything I got a go!
So, lets do the fun bit and dive right in!
CARGO ESSENTIAL LIP COLOR in SEDONA – $22.00
I’m always going to love my nude lipsticks, but I’ll never turn down a good bright red either. And this shade will be fantastic now that we are getting into the warmer months. The formula feels smooth, creamy and leaves a nice satin finish.
CARGO HD PICTURE PERFECT LIP PRIMER – $10.00 (Travel size)
I’ve always been intrigued by the idea of a lip primer so this will be a nice introduction for me. I actually tried this on it’s own when I got it (I couldn’t resist) and I did notice a difference in my lips. It’s not a lip balm by any stretch, but it did make my lips feel smoother and more filled in. I can’t wait to try this with other lipsticks.
CARGO LONG WEAR LIP GLOSS in BELGIUM – $16.00
It appears that this month, you get a choice of two glosses. I ended up with Belgium, which has a hint of red to the base, but is chock full of micro fine glitters that will add a pop of sparkle to your holiday red lip. I also like that it’s in a smaller package. It’ll be perfect for popping in your handbag for touch ups.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with this months box. I’m such a lipstick junkie that I’ll never turn down a chance to try out new ones. Once again, thank you to Go Explore Makeup for sending this box to me. And as always, let me know down below what your favourite Cargo products are.
