Another month down, another pile of products to chat about. That’s right, it’s empties time once again. A smaller empties than even I expected (probably because I was away for part of the month). But a solid array nevertheless. Let’s jump on in!
GO TO SKINCARE SPOT STOPPAS – $17.00
Go To has finally jumped onto the pimple patch bandwagon! These launched back in April and I do enjoy them quite a bit. These patches have the super thin edge and thicker centre. Which on the one hand makes them blend into the skin and adhere better. But the thin edge can be a little tricky to work with at first. I would get these again. Though I will point out that Garnier has just released similar patches for less if you want a budget friendly option.
BIODANCE BIO COLLAGEN REAL DEEP MASK – $37.50 for pack of 4
I think I’ll save my full thoughts for when I use these masks up completely. So, all I’ll say for now is that they’re fine.
SUNDAY RILEY CEO VITAMIN C BRIGHTENING SERUM – $149.00 for 30ml
This sample size was way too small for me to see a huge difference. But I didn’t react badly to it. So I’m counting that as a win.
MECCA MAX BEAUTY BULLET FLAWLESS SPHERE – $10.00
Parker got his claws into this one. But I did need to swap it out anyway. They are still my favourite beauty sponges out there. And I do already have a new one.
AUSTRALIS EMOTIONAL SUPPORT MASCARA – $20.00
A fantastic drugstore option for a mascara that will last through pretty much everything. And I do mean anything.
SOAP & GLORY MAGNIFICOCO BODY SCRUB – $22.00 for 300ml
Solid scrub. Shame this one smells horrendous. I’ll probably pick up one of the other scents later.
RHODE BARRIER RESTORE CREAM – $32.00USD
Rhode, please hear our pleas. Please ship to Australia! I need this back. It’s so good!
GLOW RECIPE CLOUDBERRY BRIGHT MOISTURE CREAM – $70.00*
So, at this stage, Glow Recipe is 2 for 3 when it comes to their moisturisers. A fantastic option for those with combo/oily skin. I have go a refill but I’ll probably save that for summer.
THE ORDINARY SACCHAROMYCES FERMENT 30% MILKY TONER – $24.00*
Gosh, this was so good! Very gentle exfoliation, but incredibly hydrating on the skin. I have a few milky toners still in my stash. But I would get this again. Lasts ages too!
BIODERMA ATODERM SHOWER OIL CLEANSER – $44.99
Not sure that I should be counting this as an empty as I am currently using it. But this bottle is for all intents and purposes empty, so I’m counting it. And if you haven’t tried the Atoderm Shower Oil, you need to change that immediately. It’s amazing!
THE BEAUTY CHEF PLUMPERS CHOCOLATE COLLAGEN TABLETS – $45.00
Not sure if these made any difference to my skin. But they taste good. And for me, that’s all that matters.
BATISTE ORIGINAL DRY SHAMPOO – $19.30*
An absolute icon of a spray. I’ll always have a soft spot for Batiste. However, I am curious to see what else is out there.
